We are not traveling far from the orchards we visited yesterday where our friend Lemon is harvested, as our oil of the day today, Bergamot Essential Oil, is also sourced from Italy. (If you are curious about dōTERRA's sourcing you can check out this informative video showcasing Lemon and Bergamot sourcing here)

Assure and restore with the ‘oil of self-acceptance’. Bergamot has a calming, soothing aroma and is not just great for rejuvenating your skin, it’s good for your Soul. Bergamot can support you to move through anxious and sad feelings and return to a place of inner calm and cheer.

Bergamot Essential Oil invites you to soften into self-acceptance and self-love.

This is a great oil to use when you are working through limiting beliefs as the cleansing properties of Bergamot inspire movement in your energy system, creating space for optimism and a renewed sense of hope. Feelings despair, self-judgement and hopelessness can be shifted to self-acceptance, confidence, lightness, playfulness and loving.

Limiting beliefs! Raises hand I think this one will be in my next order! Really interesting to see that the oil can be used in three contexts, definitely makes it worth the price if I know I can use it topically, aromatically AND internally.
