DAY 26: EasyAir Essential Oil

May 26, 2018

EasyAir® Essential Oil is one of dōTERRA’s blends, otherwise known as the respiratory blend or ‘Breathe’ in the US. If you are curious about what EasyAir® may smell like, think of Vicks Vapour Rub (just without the petroleum and synthetics). It has a menthol-ish, minty fresh aroma.

Your EasyAir® essentials:

Main ingredients: Laurel Leaf, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Melaleuca, Lemon, Cardamom, Ravintsara, and Ravensara Essential Oils.

Tips for using EasyAir® Essential Oil:
  • Aromatically Diffuse EasyAir® (with Lavender Essential Oil) at night for a restful night’s sleep or inhale a few drops from cupped hands to assist with breathing. You can also add a few drops to an Epsom salts bath for a soothing sensation or a few drops to the shower floor for a revitalising aroma. You may also find relief from allergies inhaling or diffusing this oil.
  • Topically Dilute with a carrier oil (like Fractioned Coconut Oil) and rub on your chest or the soles of your feet if you are experiencing cold and flu symptoms. This is a great oil to have on hand during the change in seasons and is safe to use on children (diluted).

The Oil of Breath

EasyAir® Essential Oil or the Respiratory Blend encourages individuals to release sadness in their hearts to be able to receive love and healing. By inviting you to breathe out (let go) and breathe in (receive) this blend empowers you to be fully open, reminding you it is safe to open up and be an active participant in life.
