  • AromaticallyInhale Marjoram Essential Oil from cupped hands to assist you in shifting feelings of doubt to trust. Diffusing this oil can also reduce stress, creating an atmosphere of calm.
  • Topically Feeling anxious? Try rubbing Marjoram Essential Oil on the bottom of your feet or back of your neck to settle anxious feelings. If you have a headache you can try massaging this oil around the hair line and temples. You can also apply this oil to boils, cold sores or ringworm. If your child is restless before sleep this is a great oil to apply diluted to the bottom of their feet to support them to sleep.
