ABOUT ME

"Rosie set out into the world at a young age to experience humanity at its absolute best and terrifying worst. As a consequence, she has developed exceptional skills in human understanding, behavioural change and how to truly engage hearts and minds.

Rosie takes individuals and groups beyond the day to day to a world of new possibilities."

Jan Owen, AM

Hello, I’m Rosie

I’m a facilitator and coach and

I am here to help.

To help you,

To help your teams,

To help us, help each other.

For nearly 2 decades I have worked within the non-profit and corporate sectors with leaders and teams to be more effective, have greater impact and to feel good at work. Personally I have dared to dream, overcome challenge, and forged my own path - from starting an orphanage in Uganda in my early 20’s and navigating breast cancer, twice, in my 30’s.

Sometimes I’ve got it wrong.

Sometimes I got it right.

Along the way there are 3 things I’ve learnt, which form the foundation of my work:

Leadership starts with Self

Change begins with you

and together, we can make this world a better place.

One person, one leader, one team, one organisation at a time.

Let’s get to work.
